This is a sample application from the open source project Android Network Tools. If you are looking for a more complete network scanning tool, please see my other app Portdroid.
It demonstrates the following features of the library:
• Pinging
• Port Scanning
• Finding devices on your network
• Wake-on-lan

How to install Network Tools Library Sample APK for Android [menu]
Download Network Tools Library Sample APK file (com.stealthcotper.networktools_15_1702841.apk) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.stealthcotper.networktools_15_1702841.apk)
- Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

Using Emulator:
- Download And Install one Emulator Softwares (Ex: Bluestacks, GenyMotion, NoxPlayer)
