NOTE: Because of all the replies that say, "It doesn't work, it won't even open.", I have to specify AGAIN, this is a LIVE WALLPAPER, not an app. It won't open, and it won't show up in the list., You can set it as your wallpaper though.
In order to set this live wallpaper as your background, you have to:
1. Press the menu button on the bottom of the phone.
2. Press Wallpaper.
3. Press Live wallpapers.
4. Scroll down to Night Vision.
5. Press Night Vision.
6. Press Set wallpaper.
