niixBODY - Pilates and LIIT (low intensity interval training). A fusion of carefully curated classes designed to strengthen, sculpt and lift the body. These classes focus on alignment and strength leaving you feeling toned & stronger with increased flexibility.
niixSWEAT - Pilates/Cardio HIIT & Tabata Fusion. A combination of strengthening Pilates and cardio bursts to burn fat, build muscle and mobilise the body.
niixFLEX - Mobilising and sculpting PURE Pilates classes that focus on building flexibility, power, tone, strength and alignment.
niixRESIST - Band, Weights and Barre. Full body strengthening, toning classes using hand weights and resistance bands to sculpt and tone, build muscle and bone density. Plus Barre, a favourite for many using small to larger range of movements to create a deep muscular connection and BURN at the barre.
niixRESTORE - Specifically designed to help women get strength & control back after pregnancy. These workouts are designed to get you back to fitness safely, re-educating & strengthening muscles, healing the abdominals & pelvic floor and stabilising the body.
