Log in as a consumer with ease using your Facebook account OR login in by creating an account. Note: anyone that has a current NJMLS account will be required to create a NEW account with the mobile app. Information between these accts is not shared. Realtor members use your NJMLS Agent Login to sign on.
The NJMLS App lets you search for the most up-to-date listing information on homes for sale and for rent in Northern New Jersey. The official app of the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, it lets you locate properties in Bergen, Essex, Passaic, and Hudson Counties and beyond. Consumers can view real listings presented by REALTORS® virtually in real time with no distracting ads. NJMLS members have full access to subscriber only information.
Start your search for a home by using our convenient NJMLS App to:

• Search by drawing an area on the map with your finger.
• Find properties by entering an MLS #, Address, City, State, or Zip Code.
