The app provides you with high quality HD videos of your rehab exercises prescribed by your physiotherapist or trainer. All exercises have been filmed in line with best-practice in e-learning. There is no more guesswork whether your technique is correct as you can perform the exercises along with our professionally trained models. Proper technique is the key to helping you recover faster from injury.
The exercises will take you from the initial stage of injury back to playing sports and exercising.
