Atlantic Realty Professionals was formed by the merger of two great real estate companies - Bald Head Island Real Estate Sales, Inc. and Cape Fear Coast Real Estate.
ARP’s owner and principle broker David Berne founded Bald Head Island Real Estate Sales in 1998 and quickly grew that company into the most successful independent real estate firm ever to conduct business on Bald Head Island. Cape Fear Coast Real Estate was opened as a sister company to BHIRES in 2004, operating from small offices in eastern Oak Island. Cape Fear Coast quickly built a reputation for unsurpassed market knowledge and customer service throughout Oak Island, Southport, Boiling Spring Lakes and numerous communities in southeastern Brunswick County.
Today the successor company, Atlantic Realty Professionals, offers its high standards of practice to buyers and sellers of real estate in virtually every corner of Brunswick and New Hanover counties, with a special emphasis on Bald Head Island, Oak Island, Caswell Beach, Southport, Boiling Spring Lakes and the developing communities of the NC 211 corridor.
