De Essential app van Odido is een zakelijk tool om eenvoudig de bereikbaarheid van je vaste en/of je mobiele telefoonnummers in te stellen.

Welke functies biedt de Essential app:
- Nummerweergave: kies tussen vaste en mobiele nummers bij uitbellen.
- Doorschakelen: stel in waar gesprekken heen moeten bij onbeschikbaarheid.
- Doorverbinden: verbind gesprekken door naar je collega, met of zonder vooraankondiging.
- Visual voicemail: berichten overzichtelijk gebundeld zodat je ze makkelijk kan afluisteren.
- Beschikbaarheidsstatus: check wanneer collega’s beschikbaar zijn.
- Belgroepen beheren: meld je aan of af.
- Zakelijk en privé modus: bepaal je beschikbaarheid per situatie.
- Bedrijfstelefoonboek: toegang tot contactgegevens.

Let op: Deze applicatie werkt alleen als je een Essential product van Odido hebt afgesloten. Sommige functies zijn alleen beschikbaar wanneer je hier een licentie voor hebt afgenomen.
