Nell’’App, sono rappresentate le officine della Regione Puglia che fanno parte del circuito “officine amiche”. L’utilizzatore può visualizzare in base al punto in cui si trova l’officina più vicina con una serie di vantaggi:
- Elenco Promozioni anche in occasione di eventi
- Localizzazione
- Elenco Officine service
- Prenotazione intervento
- Archivio interventi effettuati
- Preavviso di scadenze
- Comunicazione delle News dalle officine
- Richieste all’officina di preventivo
- Proposte ludiche di MRFOGG
- Elenco parco macchine
Per ogni autofficina :
- Anagrafica con descrizione, geolocalizzazione, foto, elenco servizi con costi, recapiti telefonici, orari apertura / chiusura.
- Presentazione del titolare ed i tecnici con evidenza delle esperienze.
- Anagrafiche clienti titolari auto in assistenza: Cognome e nome, telefono casa, ufficio, cell, email, indirizzo e città.
- visualizzazione elenco clienti per attività, agenda telefonica con chiamata diretta.
- data nascita cliente (non società), listino e sconto applicato, modalità pagamento, numero macchine in famiglia o azienda (nel caso il cliente fosse azienda) e tipo (benzina, gas, gasolio). Per la macchina in assistenza memorizzazione dell’ anagrafica: tipo, telaio, targa, immatricolazione, marca, modello,data acquisto.
- Elenco interventi effettuati con spesa.
- Creazione di promozioni in occasione di eventi o altro (es. compleanno).
- Invio di Coupon con sconto.
- Preavviso al cliente di scadenze interventi tramite local notification.
