Om Dhyana is one of the oldest form of meditation discovered by Rishies. It is an art by which we may experience a powerful connection with our inner being. Chanting Om brings peace, focus and empowerment to our mind and body.

This meditation is simplest technique yet very powerful. It combines both Yoga and Dhyana. You are required to have right body posture (Yoga) and changing of Om (Dhyana) with the OM music. While chanting OM mantra you will fill

5 Steps to OM meditation:
1. Sit in padamasana posture in a calm place with your eyes closed.
2. Inhale deeply to fill lungs with air and then exhale, slowly release while chanting OM.
3. Focus should be in the center of forehead.
4. Morning is a good time to meditate.
5. Daily 5-10 minutes will bring great results.
