Derdack's oncallplan is one big step towards mobile IT operations!
The mobile app enables you to:
- receive incident notifications via push
- see shared 'who is on call' information from other teams
- get in touch with your on-call peers and experts
- see and manage your upcoming on call duties
Once you downloaded the app you need to create a free account on oncallplan.com.
oncallplan.com is a free service that enables you to schedule and notify on-call staff with ease. With oncallplan you can say "Good bye" to custom or Excel-based solutions for manually scheduling your on-call teams. Annual on-call schedules and rotations are drag & drop planned within minutes - export to Outlook and PDF included. Once you created a free account you can build your team by inviting other team members. Each team gets an unique email address and each email sent to it will be automatically forwarded via email and push to the person on call.
As oncallplan provides an email API, it can be integrated with basically any ITSM solution ranging from Microsoft System Center, HP Software, Splunk, Solarwinds, Nagios, Whatsup, Zendesk, CA, BMC and many others.
