Open Gym is a training program designed by professional athletes Brooks Laich and Matt Hewett. The mission is to develop world class athletes through Bodyweight, CrossTrain, and Specialty programs.
The Bodyweight program is designed for people of all ages, genders, and fitness levels. It will help you burn fat, increase lean muscle, build stamina, and improve mobility. It includes:
• New bodyweight only workout every day
• Done in 20 minutes or less
• 160+ Movement Demonstrations

• Signature workouts

The CrossTrain and CrossTrain Pro programs are developed by 3x CrossFit Games Champion, collegiate strength coach and co-founder of Open Gym, Matt Hewett.
CrossTrain is a general functional fitness program that will develop your strength, skill, conditioning, and mobility. It includes:

• Done in 60 minutes or less
• Options for a full set of equipment, or limited equipment

CrossTrain Pro is a functional fitness program for ELITE level athletes. Develop your strength, skill, conditioning, gymnastics, running, and swimming. It includes:

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Open Gym is free to download. Use requires an active subscription, available on monthly or yearly basis. Monthly subscription users are billed per month. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total yearly fee from purchase date.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.
