Optimal Remote Extension is an app to extend the features on Optimal Remote provided by OPTiM Corporation.
Please install this app when prompted while using Optimal Remote.
Optimal Remote Extension uses Accessibility Service to transfer screens to and accept remote operations from operators connected to Optimal Remote.
In order to receive remote operations from operators using Optimal Remote support, you must allow Optimal Remote Extension in the Accessibility Service.
Data obtained through the use of Accessibility Service is used only to support our customers at Optimal Remote.
