The order manager is a simple, intuitive, and easy to use application designed for the sole purpose of making the process of managing orders for the valued partners of snoonu more efficient and effective.
The application takes the existing process of order management and simplifies it by taking advantage of modern principles of usability.
Through the order manager existing and new Snoonu Partners can receive orders, change their statuses (mark them as 'Under Preparation', 'Ready', Delivering, or Delivered - depending on whether they are using Snoonu's fleet to deliver it), and be notified whenever the state of their orders is influenced by the Snoonu's admin team or the customers themselves.
The state of the art notification system employed in the order manager ensures that the Snoonu Partners are notified about the state of their orders in real-time. This feat has been achieved by crafting two distinct audio and visual cues that work towards grabbing the attention of the user in the most elegant and contrasting manner possible
Lastly, the order manager also has a built-in dark mode. This mode was incorporated specifically to reduce blue light emission which can have adverse effects on the human eyes but none the less it can also be used to exemplify the UI of the entire system.
