Available on web and app, OEMS is device agnostic, and in addition, the system is linked to a prepaid card, which employees will use for all official purposes. OEMS will be personalized with policies of the company, so that systems, balances, and checks are in built.

Managers in an approving role in any company will benefit as they can easily monitor, view consumption bills, expense reports and also approve their team’s expenses. This will make sure that the payments, reimbursements flow in equally smoothly from accounts or HR dept as per the company structures.

Employees themselves will also be able to Track their business expenses, submit their bills, and reports on the go. Employees can easily comply with their company’s policies through automatic policy checks built into the system and be informing employees about policy violations in real time.
