Ferramenta desenvolvida com a finalidade de auxiliar na prescrição de dietas parenterais (NPT). O aplicativo não substitui a avaliação da equipe multidisciplinar.
FUNCIONALIDADES
# Cálculo das necessidades nutricionais (GET - Gasto Energético Total)
- Cálculo realizado utilizando a equação de Harris-Benedict, através da inserção dos dados do paciente como nome, peso, altura, data de nascimento, sexo, fator atividade, fator injúria e fator
térmico.
# Cálculo dos macronutrientes
- Cálculo dos aminoácidos através da inserção de dados como fator stress, quantidade de proteína por Kg de peso do paciente, seleção da quantidade de aminoácidos da solução e seleção da concentração
de aminoácidos da solução, obtendo os seguintes resultados: proteína por dia (g), valor calórico de origem protéica, percentual em relação ao GET, quantidade de Nitrogênio e volume da solução de
aminoácido a ser administrada;
- Cálculo da glicose através da inserção de dados como seleção do tipo de glicose (anidra ou monohidratada), percentual em relação ao GET e a concentração da solução de glicose, obtendo os seguites
resultados: quantidade em gramas de glicose por dia, valor calórico da glicose, o valor da Velocidade de Infusão de Glicose (VIG) e o volume da solução de glicose a ser administrada;
- Cálculo dos lipídeos através da inserção de dados como seleção do tipo de solução de lipídeo (TCM ou TCL + TCM), percentual em relação ao GET e a concentração da solução de lipídeo, obtendo os
seguintes resultados: quantidade em gramas de lipídeos por dia, valor calórico dos lipídeos e volume da solução de lipídeos a ser administrada.
# Determinação dos Eletrólitos, Vitaminas e Oligoelementos
- É possível determinar a quantidade, em ml, dos seguintes eletrólitos: Cloreto de Sódio a 20%, Cloreto de Potássio a 10%, Sulfato de Magnésio a 50%, Gluconato de Cálcio a 10% e Fosfato Ácido de
Potássio;
- Seleção de vitaminas;
- Seleção de oligoelementos.
# Compartilhamento da prescrição
- A dieta prescrita pode ser compartilhada como imagem por e-mail e redes sociais.
# Prescrição favorita
- Possibilidade de favoritar uma prescrição, o que a posicionará no topo da lista conforme data de prescrição e ordem alfabética do nome do paciente.
# Suporte aos idiomas inglês e português.

- Calculation performed using the Harris-Benedict equation, through the integration of patient data such as name, weight, height, date of birth, sex, factor activity, and thermal injury factor

obtaining the Wikinews's sibling results: the quantity in grams of glucose per day, caloric value glucose, the value of Glucose infusion rate (VIG) and the volume of the glucose solution to be
administered;
- Calculation of lipids through the insertion of data as selection of the type of lipid solution (MCT or LCT + TCM), percentage compared to the GET and the concentration of the lipid solution,
obtaining the following results: the quantity in grams of lipid per day , calorie lipids and lipid volume of the solution to be administered.
# Determination of electrolytes, vitamins and trace elements
- It is possible to determine the amount, in milliliters, of the following electrolytes: sodium chloride 20% Potassium chloride 10%, Magnesium Sulfate 50% Calcium Gluconate 10% and Potassium acid
phosphate;
- Selection of vitamins;
- Selection of trace elements.
# Prescription Share
- The prescribed diet can be shared as an image via email and social networks.
# Favorite Prescription
- Ability to favoritar a prescription, which will place it high on the list as prescription date and alphabetical order of the name of the patient.
