Aplikacja realizuje główne cele projektu, czyli upowszechnienie wśród pracowników i pracodawców branży elektromaszynowej województwa Warmińsko-Mazurskiego dobrych praktyk z obszaru zrównoważonego rozwoju oraz kształtowania bezpiecznych i dobrych warunków pracy.
Powyższe działania będą prowadzone poprzez zawiązanie sieci współpracy pomiędzy aktywnie działającymi organizacjami pracodawców i pracowników jako reprezentantów branży elektromaszynowej oraz wypracowanie skutecznego modelu upowszechniania dobrych praktyk CSR w grupie reprezentantów powyższych organizacji w oparciu o doświadczenia BIB.
Szczegółowe cele projektu będą realizowane poprzez następujące działania:
Wzrost wiedzy i umiejętności przedstawicieli branży elektromaszynowej z województwa Warmińsko-Mazurskiego w zakresie kształtowania i wdrażania sprawdzonych rozwiązań z obszaru zrównoważonego rozwoju i bezpiecznych , dobrych warunków pracy w oparciu o doświadczenia BIB.
Zwiększenie społecznej odpowiedzialności przedstawicieli pracodawców i pracowników branży elektromaszynowej w województwie Warmińsko-Mazurskim, poprzez przygotowanie pilotażowych programów wdrożenia wybranych elementów dobrych praktyk CSR, dobranych do potrzeb firmy w oparciu o doświadczenia BIB.
Zwiększenie świadomości i wiedzy przedsiębiorców i kadr zarządzających z branży elektromaszynowej z województwa Warmińsko-Mazurskiego w zakresie CSR poprzez udział w spotkaniach upowszechniających MSU-CSR wraz z pilotażowymi programami wdrożenia dobrych praktyk. The application implements the main objectives of the project, which is spread among employees and employers in the electrical engineering Warmia and Mazury good practices in the area of sustainable development and the development of safe and good working conditions.
