- Escalating Alarms - If the zap doesn’t wake you up, the strength increases until it does.
- Smart Alarms - If you turn off the alarm and go back to bed, the alarm will trigger again. Pavlok will track your sleep cycles and your movement among other metrics to determine if you went back to sleep and fire the alarm again to make sure you wake up.

The Pavlok 3 app lets you win back your focus by providing you with the right sensations at the right time, and making you more mindful of your Habits.
It is a suite of apps compatible with Pavlok 3, 2 and older versions of the Pavlok device.

Pavlok’s mindfulness app keeps you in the moment by giving you thoughtful nudges throughout the day. Slight vibrations and stronger snaps help you keep your attention on the things that matter.
*Whisper Wake App*
Pavlok’s wake up app tracks your sleep cycles and uses silent vibrations to wake you up when you’re in the lightest stage without disturbing others. If that doesn’t work, you can use a snap to jolt you wide awake. If that still doesn’t do the trick, set an alarm that only be turned off by doing jumping jacks, ensuring you don’t just wake up, but actually start the day up and running!
Pavlok 3 app also integrates with health kit so you can monitor your sleep patterns in apple health app. If you allow write access to sleep activity, new sleep tracking will automatically be recorded in the Health app when you use sleep tracking on Pavlok.
