Messages - send message to courier, and get response quick
Choice - you choose who will take your parcel and deliver it.
Convenience - all information about parcel you enter in the app and only chosen driver will be able to see it. No mistypes, errors, incorrect spellings.
History - all previous parcels stored in the app, so you can see who, when, and where was delivering your parcels.
