Perfect Meeting is the perfect companion for anyone who has to prepare, conduct, and document meetings, and produce professional meeting notes and minutes. Designed for both tablets and phones.
Perfect Meeting implements the proven methodology of guided meetings. From agenda creation, enumerating decisions to be made, vote tracking, minute taking to assigning action items, Perfect Meeting intuitively guides you through your meetings. Perfect Meeting also tracks the time spent on each agenda item and alerts you of overruns. Display Perfect Meeting on a projector or monitor to make others aware of how much time is spent on each topic. Studies have found that micro-discussions are greatly reduced when participants are aware of how long they are spending on any particular topic.
You privacy is paramount. Often the information in a meeting needs to be kept confidential. Because of this, Perfect Meeting does not require any internet access and all data is stored locally on your phone or tablet. Sending via email is accomplished using the Android share feature and never sends emails directly, putting you in control.
Meetings are organized into meeting series. This groups recurring meetings together, like monthly staff meetings or by project. A default Ad-hoc series allows you to quickly utilize Perfect Meeting for even unplanned meetings.
