PgGov SMP merupakan aplikasi mudah alih yang diinovasikan daripada Sistem Maklumat Perumahan (SMP) oleh Pejabat Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang. Aplikasi ini memberi kemudahan kepda pemohon Rumah Projek Perumahan Rakyat (PPR), Kos Rendah (KR), Kos Sederhana Rendah (KSR), Mampu Milik (MM) serta pemilik Rumah Kerajaan Negeri/PPR untuk melakukan transaksi berikut :
1. Semakan Status Permohonan
2. Semakan Lejer/Bil
3. Semakan Projek Aktif
4. Carian Cawangan Pejabat Rancangan Perumahan
5. Semakan Syarat-Syarat Permohonan
Pengguna juga boleh memberikan pandangan dan maklumbalas melalui aplikasi mudah alih ini - semua hanya dalam satu aplikasi : PgGOV SMP.
