PH follow-up App is a digital tool that will help you validate the risk level your patients are with 5 different calculation methods widely used in clinical practice:- ESC/ERS Guidelines (diagnosis).- ESC/ERS Guidelines (follow-up).- Reveal 2.0 Method.- Reveal 2 Lite Method.- French Non Invasive Method.
PH follow-up App is only an aid tool, the risk level of each patient must be interpreted individually by the physician.
This calculation tool is provided by MSD for informational use by healthcare providers to assist in the calculation of risk.
