PhoneLock is the first Android Parental Control app designed to provide parents a proactive way to safely secure their child’s Android based mobile phone without a monthly fee.

PhoneLock will block from your child’s phone all incoming calls, SMS text messages, and MMS messages from numbers that are not explicitly permitted within PhoneLock. It will also block all outgoing calls to unpermitted numbers. A notification message will also be sent to the specified parent’s cell phone immediately when any SMS or MMS messages are sent to an unpermitted numbers from your child’s phone.
Additionally, PhoneLock allows Mobile data, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity to be disabled on your child’s phone.
Finally, there is a location function where the location of your child’s cell phone will be sent to the designated parent phone at any time (see the User's Guide for details and code). The location will contain actual coordinates and can be displayed on the Google Maps app. PhoneLock runs only on your child’s phone and does not require any additional software on the designated parent’s cell phone or on your personal computer.
Unlike other Android based parent control tools, no personal data is stored on a server. PhoneLock only runs on your child’s phone and only sends messages to the designated parent phone.

PhoneLock was successfully field tested on Android 2.3 and emulator tested on 2.1 - 4.03.
How to install PhoneLock APK for Android [menu]
Download PhoneLock APK file from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.
