Photo Decorator Wallpaper is easy to use:
1. Set Photo Decorator Wallpaper as LWP. Click on Settings to change settings of wallpaper.
2. Select one of the Effects like Rain on Photo or Snow on Photo Effects.
3. Select one or more of Photo Decorations like Flowers, Leaves and Bubbles over Photo.
Set the Photo Decorator Wallpaper as your Live Wallpaper and show of your phone.
