Photo Effects is an application that can give the effect you want and edit your favorite pictures.
With these special effects, you just have to select the image you want and apply the desired effect.
You can apply vintage effect, pencil, hand drawing, star, distortion, zoom, circle, polaroid, old photo, and the famous comic blur.
To use this application you only have to download it, click on the radio button image in your gallery, then apply the desired effect and then can save it or share it on WhatsApp, Facebook, twitter, by mail or in any application compartrilar for sharing images.
