Now You can Find Location of Images Which you(or your friends) captured using android phones on Google Maps, All you to do is to download the application and click "Load All" or "Pick Image "Which will immediately load location of Images on Google Maps, some pointers will be available to view the positions of Images, and by Tapping of the Markers You can also see the image and its name in Pop-Up window.
