Mathematicians and mystics alike, have always been fascinated by the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter, better known as Pi.
Most people know it to be 3.14, but the real number is a transcendental, irrational number, which goes on forever.
This App uses the Gregory - Leibniz series formula, to continuously work out Pi in real time, sending each digit to a sound generator. The sound generator plays a piano chord based on the number and accompanies it with 3 single notes.
Speed, and key (minor or major) can be changed as the music plays.
The app will continue playing as the algorithm gets further into the number.
Listen for a few minutes or a few years, Pi-ano will always be able to take you deeper.
