Description [menu]
This application is designed to quickly and efficiently extract the nth hexadecimal digit of pi. This is done by using the BBP algorithm. This algorithm allows for the extraction of a hex digit of pi without calculation of any preceding digits. To prevent crashing of the app, the input is (for now) limited to integers between 0 and 9999 inclusive. As this is the first app I have made for android, it is not very impressive, but I plan to update it as I continue to learn more about android application development. A few features I am planning to include are:
-explanations of the algorithms
-larger input domain
-binary extraction
-sound
