This app will help you log your PiYo progress. What is Piyo? Piyo is a combination of Pilates and Yoga. Track your meal servings and your workouts. No more fiddling around with pens and pencils. No more printing out the worksheets. Throw it all away and log all your PiYo information on your mobile device.
Easy drag and drop interface allows you to watch your daily food intake.
View your progress in a simple Chart.
After entering your weight, it will automatically calculate the suggested serving amounts for each category. As you tally each serving, it will display how much you have left for the day.
Each day also has the corresponding workout. Want to change it up and not do that specific piyo workout that day? No problem. You can easily select the piyo workout of your choice.
