Make your photo more beautiful with PIP Blur Effect. This app allows you to focus main part of your photo using frame and blur the other portion. You can easily move, scale, rotate and zoom a shape over your photo to make it more comfortable.
Any shape on your photo makes blur effect outside the shape and make creative photo instantly.
PIP Blur Effect sets your photo in another photo frame with some creative frames. Easily making your photo more stunning than other photo frames.
PIP Blur Effect is a spin off popular Pic-in-Pic mode, and it is more powerful and more fun with the addition of the new PIP Frames mode and PIP magazine Collage mode.

- Apply photo effect to your photo to make it more attractive.
