[Pixel x Pixel] is Pixel Art editor, Sprite Maker and Sprite Sheet maker.
This app come with many features:
Pen, Eraser, Paint Bucket, Selection, Image Transform, Shape, Color Picker, Clear Canvas, Timeline, Add Frame, Delete Frame, Color Palette, RGB slider, HSL slider, Navigator, Pinch to Zoom, Copy, Cut, Paste, Export Sprite Sheet.

How to install Pixel x Pixel - Sprite Maker APK for Android [menu]
