Simple stopwatch and timer designed for Plank exercises. This app will surely replace your phone's stopwatch/timer for performing plank exercises.
Stopwatch: The app speaks out the elapsed time at the specified interval. Example: "5 seconds", "10 seconds"....1 minute 30 seconds" and so on until stopped.
Timer: The app speaks out the remaining time at specified intervals until the timer is finished.
No need to look at the screen for the time. Let the app tell you the time so that you can concentrate on your core muscles and let go of the "time anxiety".
