The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s.
Pomodoro technique required you to take a break or rest every 25 - 30 minutes. But our app want you to have a better healthy life that give a you a choice to walk instead of take a rest.
When pomodoro technique reach time to you take a rest, you can choose to take a rest for some minutes or you want to walk for some step (Pomodoro Walk automatically will calculate your step).
Note: This app only work on Samsung Device that support for Samsung SDK motion.
