The app requires no external wearables or devices, just your phone to help build good posture effortlessly, reduce neck strain and make a habit of viewing your phone at eye level.
How it works
Simply set the time interval to check your posture while phone is in use.
The app will run quietly in the background.
If your holding your phone in straining angle for your neck, the app. will remind you to bring your phone to eye level, helping you keep your spine and neck position in mind when using your phone :)
