This is a simple yellow and blue combination design of Poweramp.
I have to republish this skin because Google suspended my previous listing due to the copyrighted album art that I put on the screenshot.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
After the installation, open PowerAmp > Settings > Look and feel > Skin > choose Yellow and Blue.
