The Primal Smoothies app contains over ninety unique, mouth-watering and healthy primal/paleo smoothie recipes.
Written by primal blogger and smoothie enthusiast Todd Dosenberry (Primal Toad), these recipes are the ideal way to enjoy a primal diet with great tasting and healthy smoothies. The 90+ recipes are organized into ten categories and each recipe includes:
- Full list of ingredients
- Primal Toad’s comments and suggestions
- Macronutrient and Vitamin nutritional profile
- Your personal five star smoothie rating
- Picture of the finished smoothie
You can view the recipes as a single list, by ingredient, by category or just your favorites. The app includes a shopping list that allows you to keep track of all the ingredients you need to make your favorite smoothies. You can tell your friends on Facebook about the recipes you are enjoying with the ‘Share on Facebook’ button.
