Nuestra ilusión por el conocimiento de recetas de cerveza antigua nos impulsó a emprender un viaje a uno de los países de mayor interés por la cultura cervecera, Bélgica.
Visitando cientos de cervecerías locales conocimos cientos de tipos diferentes. La pasión por el sabor y aroma estaba presente en cada una de las fábricas que visitamos, así como la importancia dada al agua proveniente de altas cumbres.
La pasión belga por la receta, (diferente en cada poblado, y con cientos de años de antigüedad) nos hizo darnos cuenta de la ignorancia de la cultura española en el mundo de la cerveza. En España el 90% de la producción se basa en cerveza tipo Pilsen Lager (cerveza rubia).
La posibilidad de tener cabida en el sector de cervezas especiales y de recetas antiguas nos indujo al aprendizaje y elaboración de este preciado líquido en nuestra tierra, Granada.
Nuestra cercanía a las sierras del sur de España es una de las ventajas con la que contamos, decidimos instalar nuestra cervecería en las faldas del “Cerro Huenes”, a los pies de Sierra Nevada, en el pueblo de Monachil.
Tras dos años de pruebas y conclusiones conseguimos domar nuestra “PUCHERO CERVEGA” de tipo Amber Pale Ale. Tostada, de tono rojizo, aroma afrutado y sabor suave.

We visit hundreds of local breweries met hundreds of different types. Passion for the flavor and aroma was present at each of the factories we visited, and the importance given to water from high peaks.
Belgian passion for the recipe, (different in each village, and hundreds of years old) made us realize the ignorance of Spanish culture in the world of beer. In Spain 90% of the production is based on type Pilsen Lager beer (lager).
The possibility of having a place in the sector of specialty beers and traditional recipes led us to learning and development of this precious liquid in our land, Granada.
Our proximity to the mountains of southern Spain is one of the advantages with which we decided to install our brewery in the foothills of the "Cerro Huenes", at the foot of Sierra Nevada, in the village of Monachil.
After two years of testing and conclusions we get tame our "PUCHERO CERVEGA" Amber Pale Ale type. Toasted, reddish, fruity aroma and mild flavor.
