"พูนิก้า สำนักพิมพ์" เป็นสำนักพิมพ์ในประเทศไทยที่ผลิตนิยายและการ์ตูนในแนว Black Fantasy เริ่มเปิดตัวครั้งแรกในเดือนมีนาคม ปี 2551 โดยเปิดตัวด้วยนิยายลิขสิทธิ์จากต่างประเทศซีรีส์ "คู่ปริศนา" และซีรีส์ "คนรวมวิญญาณ" ก่อนจะเปิดตัวนิยายฝีมือคนไทยครั้งแรก กับซีรีส์ "การิน ปริศนาคดีอาถรรพ์" ซึ่งเป็นแนว Black Fantasy และได้รับการตอบรับเป็นอย่างดี ปัจจุบันยังมีซีรีส์ที่ฮิตติดตลาดอีกมากมาย อาทิ "ภาม คนรับจ้างตาย", "1880 วัตสัน&โฮล์ม ตุ๊กตากลคู่คนอัจฉริยะ", "บริษัทพิทักษคุณหนู", "ชมรมเกรียนผี", "081-ยมทูตสายด่วน", "ชินเร ตรรกะเกมฆาตกรรม" เป็นต้น
ทั้งยังเคยผลิตภาพยนตร์ในเวอร์ชั่น DVD มาแล้วจำนวน 2 เรื่อง
