“PWallpaper” is a new Android software application that features tools to download public images from “Picasa” positioning device background Wallpaper.
Google Picasa offers unlimited Photo resolutions which PWallpaper showcases.
This app requires registration of a Google.com account and the images are unfiltered.
This project was created to organize public HD Photos as well as promote instruction on the best process to publicly post images for optimal display on e-devices.
Hope that Google community supports this application and demands improved releases.

Presently, application tested only on the current Android 4.4 - 4.44. As such, other Android OS compatibility is unknown without feedback.

Download PWallpaper APK file (com.pwallpaper_4_5124321.apk) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
