This is a very basic version and the application is still under development.
So, what does it do ?
It allows you to scan a QR Code ( If you don't know what a QR code is, go here : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QR_code ) and retrieves information based on it from a database.
This application comes in two parts, one is the Android app, and the other, a PHP file which has to be set up on your own web server.
How is this app useful ?
You can use it as any kind of custom tag and scan system.
Identity cards for events, Inventory tagging with info and prices, Student grades or course information tagging, etc.

How to install QR Scanner APK for Android [menu]
Download QR Scanner APK file (com.enarsee.qrscanner_2_533842.apk) from SameAPK.com, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.enarsee.qrscanner_2_533842.apk)
- Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.
