- QuadRooter is four vulnerabilities (CVE-2016-2059, CVE-2016-2503, CVE-2016-2504, CVE-2016-5340, CVE-2016-2060) which were reported by Check Point Mobile Threat team. If exploited, QuadRooter vulnerabilities can give attackers complete control of devices and unrestricted access to sensitive personal and enterprise data on them.
- Qualcomm Tether Controller Vulnerability (CVE-2016-2060), on a phone using unpatched Qualcomm CPUs , 3rd party apps could gain cell phone radio manager access in the background without your knowledge - putting your data and privacy in serious danger. In the worst case scenario, an attacker might view your SMS database and phone history.
