When your first begin you simply enter how much you smoke per day and you are on your way.
Quit Today begins tracking your progress immediately both in its daily visual chart so you can see how much you are smoking on a daily basis as well as with its progressive achievements with health benefits.
By downloading Quit Today you are joining a supportive community of current quitters and non-smokers and as we expand our social interactions available within the app you will gain support for other quitters as well.
Quit Today provides 4 widgets (2 different with 2 variations) to make quitting smoking easier for you and your progress.
