Pre-requisite:
Install Al Quran Al Kareem application version 1.06 or higher. Note that this will not work with any versions lower than that.
To install the pages:
* Install this application
* Start the application
* Press the install button
* After successful completion, uninstall this application
* The pages should show correctly in the Quran application
