Sal Contreras started R.C. Mechanical Inc. back in 1992 after working with a local company for about 8 years, with 4.5 years of apprenticeship training. Sal is a highly trained building journeyman who knows how to turn a flat piece of metal into something useful. He has been doing sheet metal work since high school and also worked with sheet metal on helicopters when he was in the service. Even though Sal has all this background in sheet-metal, he still takes yearly training to keep up with the most current advances as to what is happening in the industry.
