A Bienal Internacional do Livro de Alagoas é um evento cultural, literário e social realizado pela Universidade Federal de Alagoas e incorporado ao calendário nacional deste segmento.
Coordenada pela Editora da Universidade Federal de Alagoas (Edufal), a Bienal vem se estruturando e se aperfeiçoando há quase 20 anos e é o evento que tem lugar especial nos corações e mentes dos alagoanos. Reúne a cada edição aproximadamente 200 mil visitantes, em 10 dias, atraídos pelo prazer da leitura e por tudo o que gira em seu entorno, congregando autores, editores, livreiros, intelectuais, artistas, professores e alunos das redes pública e privada de ensino fundamental, médio e superior de Alagoas e de outros Estados, bem como a sociedade em geral. The International Book Biennial of Alagoas is a cultural, literary and social event held by the Federal University of Alagoas and incorporated into the national calendar of this segment.
Publisher coordinated by the Federal University of Alagoas (Edufal), the Biennial has been structuring and perfecting for nearly 20 years and is the event that has special place in the hearts and minds of Alagoas. It meets every issue approximately 200,000 visitors in 10 days, attracted by the pleasure of reading and everything that revolves around it, bringing together authors, publishers, booksellers, intellectuals, artists, teachers and students from public and private elementary school , middle and top of Alagoas and other states, as well as society in general.
