C'è chi giura che ci fossero anche i fantasmi a tenere a battesimo le prime trasmissioni di Radio Mach 5, che debutta nel Giugno del 1976 in una vecchia villa del '700 a Limbiate, in provincia di Milano.
Radio Mach5 dispone di 2 canali Radio:
Radio Mach5 Uno;
Radio Mach5 Due.
La linea editoriale mantiene tutte le sue caratteristiche di radio generalista, con un palisesto composito dove trovano spazio programmi di intrattenimento, le dirette del Consiglio Comunale di Limbiate, la Santa Messa e programmi realizzati dai ragazzi delle scuole medie di Limbiate.
La scelta musicale è altrettanto sfaccettata: dai cori di montagna al liscio, dalla musica napoletana alla musica attuale, nelle varie fasce della giornata.
Non a caso, uno dei nostri slogan è: "La radio della gente, aperta a tutto e a tutti".
