Missão:
Promover e respeitar a música sertaneja e todas as suas variações, livre de preconceitos e resgatando o estilo tradicional de rádio musical, utilizando-se das modernas tecnologias para sua difusão.
Visão:
Integrar todo o universo da música sertaneja, incluindo artistas, produtores e fãs em geral. Ir na contramão do “modismo universitário” (sem, contudo, abandoná-lo) resgatar os sucessos,
principalmente das décadas de 1980, 1990 e 2000, e ir na contramão dos grandes mercados de mídia para atender os anseios de muitos admiradores do estilo que preferem o retorno a esse “passado
musical”, além de prestar serviços à comunidade, sobretudo de Campinas/SP (cidade sede da emissora) e, por extensão, de todo o país, onde o estilo sertanejo tradicional possui “adeptos”.
Valores:
* Respeito aos ouvintes, anunciantes, colaboradores e ao “cast” da música sertaneja.
* Comunicação responsável, livre de proselitismos religioso, ideológico ou de quaisquer natureza.
* Honradez de todos os compromissos, seja com ouvintes, visitantes do site atrelado à rádio, e/ou anunciantes e colaboradores.
* Paixão no trabalho de divulgação e apoio à todas as boas causas relacionadas, ou não à música sertaneja.
* No tocante ao universo musical (carro-chefe de nossa programação) valorização de todos os sub-gêneros da música sertaneja. Priorização da “época de ouro do estilo” registrada nos anos 80, 90 e
2000 sem, contudo deixar de reverenciar a música raiz (inclusive com programas específicos para o público amante da mesma) e apoiar o "sertanejo universitário" (que encontra espaço limitado, porém
ativo em nossa grade).
* E, sobretudo, amor verdadeiro pela música sertaneja.
