Radio Quiindy FM 104.7 inició su transmisión en forma experimental el 24 de octubre de año 1996 .
Con una antena de 120 metros de altura y una cobertura de 100 km a la redonda fue la primera estación de Radio en la ciudad de Quiindy está en la altura del km 107/ 500 en la entrada de la ciudad .
Objetivo de la radio es llegar a sus oyentes con músicas- noticias - entretenimiento - Deportes - eclesiástica .
Trabajando con instituciones educativas deportivas y todas las informaciones nacionales y del departamento.
