Request Rahal is simple - here's how it works:
- Just open the application, choose Ride or Deliver and point where you need to go.
- You’ll choose the type of vehicle suites you or fill your delivery package details.
- The application uses your area so your driver knows where to reach you.
- You'll see your driver's image and vehicle type, and can track him on the map.
- In case of delivering a package, recipient will receive SMS message contains verification code which will have to give to driver to secure delivering to right person.
- Payment can be made with cash and local payment cards.
- In case of a ride, you can rate driver and review him to enable us to enhance Rahal's customer service. Also you will receive email with receipt.

All Rahal drivers passes comprehensive background check and fit Rahal Drivers standard checks before being approved for the service.
Drivers are rated by passengers and only the highest-rated drivers are allowed on the road.
