Removed SMS receive/read permissions. This was previously used to detect incoming SMS messages and play the ringtone, but now the notifications manager is used. This gives the same functionality but without the privacy concerns.

Randomize your ringtones for incoming calls and text messages. Make playlists and assign them to either calls or SMS. When a call or text message arrives a random selection will be made from the assigned playlist.
Allows easy selection of songs from your phone's music library.
