Select workouts online and synchronize them with your app to workout at home or at the Y while keeping track of your progress. Between your Y Healthy Living Coach and this app, youll be motivated to reach your goals and connect with your community.
You can sync this app with Apple Health App. If you enable this connection, any workout in the Health App will automatically be added to your Activity Calendar.
